Given the unprecedented COVID-19 situation, we would like to update you as to the measures and contingencies the One Net Group and Fameline Group has put in place in order to maintain continuity of service.
As of March 16th and until further notice, our colleagues have essentially been separated into two (2) Teams for each main area of operation; working in our global offices or alternatively, online from home. Production and shipping continues to operate around the world, being a critical communication provider is our obligation to maintain our services uninterrupted. We are confident we will continue providing the same quality under the circumstances.
Our Emergency Response Team is making sure that the health of our employees on a global scale remains a top priority and that all National and International policies and protocols are being applied.
Fully appreciating that these are unsettling times, we are vigilantly monitoring the COVID-19 situation and its impact on supply chain. We are in daily contact with all of our suppliers, freight forwarders to secure appropriate inventory and ensure continuity of supply.
