MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS
- Secondary Education
- English (written and verbal)
- Computer (basic knowledge)
- Degree in Computer Science or any technical degree
JOB FUNCTION
- To provide “Tier 1” customer support
- To assist and resolve daily technical issues remotely.
- Activation/Deactivation of One Net services e.g. Broadband, Telephony, Ship security, Alert systems, Email etc
- Logistics for the delivery of One Net products and services.
- To prepare, setup and test of developed value-added services.
- To inform the Customer Support Manager on a day-to-day operations matter
- To back-up other colleagues within the same department in case of absence and ensure smooth flow of operations
- To respond to customer and supplier’s general inquiries as necessary and coordinate with the Customer Support Manager
- To facilitate the Quality Director for the most efficient implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 system and the Health & Safety procedures of Fameline Holding Group Ltd.
- Responsible for the identification of the function’s risks and opportunities and the proposal of actions for their addressment.
