MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS

  • Secondary Education
  • English (written and verbal)
  • Computer (basic knowledge)
  • Degree in Computer Science or any technical degree

JOB FUNCTION

  • To provide “Tier 1” customer support
  • To assist and resolve daily technical issues remotely.
  • Activation/Deactivation of One Net services e.g. Broadband, Telephony, Ship security, Alert systems, Email etc
  • Logistics for the delivery of One Net products and services.
  • To prepare, setup and test of developed value-added services.
  • To inform the Customer Support Manager on a day-to-day operations matter
  • To back-up other colleagues within the same department in case of absence and ensure smooth flow of operations
  • To respond to customer and supplier’s general inquiries as necessary and coordinate with the Customer Support Manager
  • To facilitate the Quality Director for the most efficient implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 system and the Health & Safety procedures of Fameline Holding Group Ltd.
  • Responsible for  the  identification  of  the  function’s  risks  and  opportunities  and  the proposal of actions for their addressment.
