- To prepare, setup and test hardware and software.
- To assist and resolve daily technical issues of developed value-added services.
- Logistics for the delivery of One Net products and services.
- To inform the Customer Support Manager on a day-to-day operations matter
- To back-up other colleagues within the same department in case of absence and ensure smooth flow of operations
- To respond to customer and supplier’s general inquiries as necessary and coordinate with the Customer Support Manager
A remuneration package is offered to the successful candidate including 13th salary,
provident fund at 6% and medical coverage after the probation period.
