MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting studies
  • Any Maritime diploma/course would be considered as an advantage
  • Experience of working a telecom’s satellite sector, preferably on maritime telecom’s environment
  • Very good knowledge of English language (written and verbal)
  • Experience in Computer systems and the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word & proficiency in Excel
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Good relationship builder
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • To work as a part of a team and on an individual basis

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monthly airtime – Ensure receiving all electronic files (CDR) from Providers, run, produce, check
  • Create and send invoices (electronic and/ or hard copy) to customers
  • Handle customer inquiries and airtime claims.
  • Maintain updated records in the billing software such as customer contracts, tariffs, new terminal registrations/deregistration’s, contact details etc
  • Handle the airtime Principal’s requirements
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers, and other departments within the business to ensure these processes are completed on an accurate and timely basis
  • To assist the head of the department in performing all tasks
  • Monthly interface of the billing invoices in the accounting system
  • Providing reporting monthly results to the management
